🛰️ GalaxEye tests SAR technology on HAPS
Bengaluru-based GalaxEye successfully tested its synthetic aperture radar (SAR) technology on a high-altitude pseudo-satellite (HAPS) developed by the National Aerospace Laboratories (NAL), marking a world-first for a private entity.

Shriram Properties Limited has entered a Joint Development Agreement for a 4-acre housing project in Yelahanka, Bengaluru, with an estimated revenue potential of ₹250 crore.
Project details: The project will include 270 apartments with a saleable area of around 3.8 lakh sq ft, targeting a launch in H1-FY25. It promises convenient access to Yelahanka, Bangalore International Airport, schools, healthcare facilities, and retail experiences.

🏨 OYO launches CricOtel for cricket lovers
OYO has launched CricOtel, a cricket-themed hotel in Bilekahalli, Bengaluru, near the Indian Institute of Management, dedicated to cricket enthusiasts.
